We build tools that are supposed to work - for your specific files, your specific setup, your specific use case.

If a Data TB product doesn't do what it's supposed to do for you, you shouldn't have to pay for it.

That's why every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. No complicated process. No interrogation. No chasing tickets.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase any Data TB product and are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase date - you are eligible for a full refund.

This applies to:

  • All desktop app licenses
  • Plan durations of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, and 3 years
  • All products in the Data TB suite

1-Month licenses are not eligible for a refund. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to plans of 6 months or longer only. If you are unsure which plan to choose, contact us before purchasing.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to contact@datatbs.com with:

  • The email address used at purchase
  • Your order ID or transaction reference
  • A brief note on what didn't work

That's it. No forms. No back-and-forth. We process refund requests within 3-5 business days.

What Happens After You Request

Once we receive your refund request:

  1. 1We confirm your purchase details - usually within 1 business day.
  2. 2The refund is processed to your original payment method.
  3. 3Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount reflects in your account within 5-10 business days after processing.

Your license is deactivated once the refund is confirmed.

What Is Not Covered

We keep this list short and fair.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • 30 days have passed since your purchase date.
  • You purchased a 1-month license. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to 1-month plans.
  • The license has been used to process, convert, or migrate data at full scale and the core function worked as described.
  • The issue is caused by your operating system, antivirus software, or third-party environment - not the tool itself. (We'll still try to help you fix it.)
  • You purchased the wrong product. If this happens, contact us - we'll do our best to find a solution, even outside the standard policy.

Partial Refunds

We don't offer partial refunds for unused time on active licenses.

Within 30 days

You get the full amount back, regardless of how much of the plan has been used.

After 30 days

The standard policy applies and a refund is not available for remaining days.

SDK & Developer License Refunds

SDK licenses follow the same 30-day money-back policy as desktop app licenses.

If the SDK does not function as documented for your platform and use case, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.

We may ask for technical details to understand the issue - not to delay your refund, but to fix the problem for other developers.

Having a Problem Before You Request a Refund?

Sometimes what looks like a broken tool is a configuration issue we can fix in minutes.

Before requesting a refund, you're welcome to contact our support team at contact@datatbs.com - describe what's not working and we'll do our best to resolve it the same day.

A refund is always your right within 30 days. But if the tool can be fixed for your setup, we'd rather fix it.
