These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Data TB™ websites, desktop applications, SDKs, and all related services ("Products").

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using any Data TB™ product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

Please read these Terms carefully. They explain your rights, your responsibilities, and ours.

Data TB™ ("we", "us", "our") is a software company that builds desktop applications and developer SDKs for data migration, email conversion, cloud backup, and software protection.

By using any Data TB™ product or website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• You have the legal authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
• You will use our products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

If you are using Data TB™ products on behalf of a company or organization, these Terms bind that organization.

Data TB™ offers time-based licenses. Your access to the product is active for the duration of your chosen plan.

All plans include every feature available in that product - no feature is locked behind a higher-tier plan.

Licenses are not automatically renewed unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Some Data TB™ products offer a free trial.

Free trials are subject to the following:

• Output may be limited (e.g. up to 40 items per folder for conversion tools, or trial watermark for obfuscation tools).
• No payment or credit card is required to use a free trial.
• Free trials are for evaluation purposes only - not for production use at full scale.
• One free trial per product, per person or organization. Creating multiple accounts to extend trial access is a violation of these Terms.

All purchases are processed through our secure payment provider.

• Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region.
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
• We do not store your card details - all payment data is handled directly by our payment processor.
• You will receive an order confirmation and license key via the email provided at checkout.
• Taxes may apply depending on your country or region and will be shown at checkout.

You agree to use Data TB™ products only for lawful purposes.

You must not use our products to:

• Process, migrate, or access data that you do not own or have explicit authorization to handle.
• Violate any applicable laws - including data protection laws, privacy regulations, or intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to circumvent, bypass, or disable any licensing or activation mechanism in our products.
• Use our SDKs to build tools designed to facilitate illegal data access or privacy violations.
• Harass, harm, or defraud any individual or organization through use of our products.

All Data TB™ products, including source code, design, documentation, branding, and content, are the intellectual property of Data TB™ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the product - not ownership of the product itself.

"Data TB™" and associated logos are trademarks of Data TB™. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.

Our desktop apps and SDKs process data entirely on your own device.

We do not receive, store, or access any files, emails, or content you process using our tools.

Data TB™ products are provided "as is" and "as available."

We make reasonable efforts to ensure our products work correctly and reliably. However, we do not guarantee that:

• The software will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
• The software will work in every possible environment, configuration, or with every third-party service.
• Results of using the software will meet every specific requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license if you:

• Violate any section of these Terms.
• Attempt to bypass or crack licensing or activation systems.
• Use the product for illegal purposes.
• Engage in fraudulent activity related to purchase or refunds.

In cases of violation, termination may occur without prior notice and without refund.

You may cancel your use at any time. Refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility within the 30-day window.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, legal requirements, or business practices.

When we make changes:

• The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• For significant changes, active customers will be notified by email.

Continued use of our products after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of Data TB™ products shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our team at contact@datatbs.com.

We prefer resolving issues directly - quickly and fairly - without involving legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary - or removed - without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Data TB™ regarding use of our products.

They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings - written or verbal.
